- Breath in to a count of 1…2…3…4…
- Hold at the height of the inhale
- Exhale to a count of 1…2…3…4
- Hold on the exhale, allowing your lungs to feel empty for a moment
- Continue this pattern (Counting your breath in your mind) for as long as you feel is needed.
- Remember when other thoughts come into your mind, THATS OKAY! Just continue the meditation and the thought will flow right back out again. These distractions wont affect you unless you LET is affect you.

1. From Child pose, hold onto the heels with the hands and pull the forehead in towards the knees with the top of the head on the floor.2. Holding tightly onto the heels, inhale and lift the hips up towards the ceiling. Roll onto the crown of the head and press the forehead as close to the knees as possible.
3..Breathe and hold for 4-8 breaths. 4. To release: slowly exhale and lower the hips to the heels and slide the forehead back to the floor into child pose.
